77bd0 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77bd0 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at https://77bd0.io.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77bd0 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by 77bd0.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or increase deposit limits.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to the territory of Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 77bd0 relating to the use of the Platform.

2.3 77bd0 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4 It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 77bd0 may, at its discretion, notify registered Players of material changes via email or on-site notification, but is not obligated to do so.

3 Eligibility

3.1 You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) to register a Player Account.

3.2 You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 You must not be listed on any sanctions list, or be a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless 77bd0 has explicitly approved your registration following enhanced due diligence.

3.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and family members of employees of 77bd0 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.4 77bd0 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers our fraud detection systems. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4.5 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in any verification request may result in temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gaming privileges until verification is complete.

4.6 77bd0 may, at its discretion, decline to register any applicant without providing a reason for doing so.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently listed on the Platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77bd0 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing using payment accounts belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.

Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval, subject to KYC status and fraud screening. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

77bd0 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the Account has not completed KYC or if the Account is under investigation for a suspected policy violation.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 77bd0 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 77bd0 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign-currency transactions will be converted at the prevailing rate applied by the payment provider at the time of the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 77bd0 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered at least ৳30,000 in eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 77bd0 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, 77bd0's decision is final.

6.4 Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposite-outcome bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hedging"), or participating in coordinated bonus abuse — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account suspended.

6.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the 77bd0 Platform are subject to the specific game or sports betting rules applicable to that product. These rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 77bd0 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted due to a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or a data feed failure.

7.3 In the event that a game is interrupted due to a technical malfunction before reaching a natural conclusion, 77bd0 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, any unsettled wagers will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 All sports betting markets, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled in accordance with 77bd0's official sports betting rules. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 77bd0's decision, based on verified official results data, is final.

7.5 Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page and may be changed by 77bd0 at any time without notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bd0 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings gained through exploitation will be forfeited;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77bd0 support staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 77bd0 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, brand names, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 77bd0 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of 77bd0's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

10.1 77bd0 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 77bd0 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Financial transaction records are retained in encrypted form for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

10.3 77bd0 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bd0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77bd0 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.3 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory constraints, 77bd0's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date of the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct on the part of 77bd0.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 77bd0 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously.

12.2 Every Player Account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available without charge via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much real money you deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cool-Off Periods: Voluntarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No override is available during an active cool-off period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 77bd0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a 77bd0 transaction;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 77bd0 reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where a closure is made at 77bd0's discretion and no breach has been established, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13.3 A Player wishing to close their own Account may do so at any time by contacting 77bd0 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 77bd0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

14.2 For material changes that may significantly affect Player rights or obligations, 77bd0 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via on-site notification or email prior to the changes taking effect. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any revised Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 77bd0's international gaming licence. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be referred to 77bd0's customer support team, with a view to reaching an amicable resolution within fourteen (14) days of the complaint being raised.

15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by 77bd0's licensing authority.

15.3 Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
